Tomorrow we go back to work. I had Friday off because I felt bad.

This weekend was groceries, but mostly Warcraft, watching Hostage (nice and violent...I liked it), and some sleep. We didn't do squat really.

Jen's birthday is Wednesday, but we're broke and don't have any plans, which, of course, I feel bad about. Maybe we can see mc chris on Friday night, though. We'll see how she feels.

I want to go to bed because it sounds good, but I don't want to sleep because it means we'll have to get up and go to work.

Eric went to see MC Chris a couple months ago and said it was pretty sucktastic. Apparently he didn't even try to lipsync.

The reviews I've read have seemed great. I have serious doubts he lipsyncs. You sure?? He even talks in his journal about mixing up his sets and what not.

Yah Eric said the music would be playing and he'd drop the mic and not even try to act like it was him. You can ask him for details if you like since I'm relaying 2nd hand info from April.

mc chris was pretty piss-poor. he didnt even try to sing for most of his songs. someone in the audience called him on it and he said 'you try playing this many shows, in such a short time'. so that was his excuse. i was more impressed with the local opening acts here. he had a bored looking guy on a laptop that pretended he was doing more than just pressing play on it and letting the song play through the system.

it was just a huge letdown to see mc chris not even hold the mic to his mouth in an attempt to pretend to sing for most of his show. that was my view on it at least.
